Classroom:
Well-furnished class room with mounded LCD along with  adequate seating capacity.

Library:
Library give emphasis to rapid access to all electronic information available resources and well equipped with other needed books and journals in support to academic requirement of the institution. Internet facility available for both students and teachers.  It is also having seating capacity of 110.

Clinical Facilities 

It is our parent Hospital Upasana hospital coming under the RP Group of Institutions situated in the centre part of the Kollam city. It is a 300 bedded multispecialty hospital that offers quality medical and surgical treatment across a wide range of disciplines.

The students are getting exposure 24×7 Emergency medicine, well equipped Operation theatre, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Intensive Coronary Care Unit, Medical ICU, Dialysis Unit, Medical and Surgical wards, Laboratory and Physiotherapy Unit, Paediatrics Wards & ICU, Obstetric & Gynaecological areas.

The students are given greater opportunity to have their clinical practice at parent hospital, Community field and various other affiliated hospitals, like District Hospital Kollam, Victoria Hospital Kollam, Mental Health Centre Peroorkada etc.

Transportation Facility
Our college has full- fledged transportation facility for students and staffs with scheduled timings and reliable service. Our robust transportation facilities are designed to provide a seamless and convenient journey. Kollam and Kottiyam are the main destination of college buses in the morning and evening. The college has its own fleet of buses which not only take care of daily transportation but used for clinical postings, SNA,College Union programs and various educational visits.

Recreational Facilities
The college has exceptional indoor and outdoor facilities for sports and games. Athletics, sports and games are conducted at college level. Students utilizes these facilities in break times. In hostel there is a separate recreation hall fitted with a large TV where students can spend their free time in viewing interesting TV programs. A Badminton court is available in the hostel for girls and also both indoor and outdoor games are encouraged at the hostel.

Student Nurses Association (SNA)
The Student Nurses’ Association, popularly known as SNA, is formed by the parent body known as TNAI (Trained Nurses Association of India). A wide variety of activities are encouraged at all levels for the SNA members, keeping in view the aims and objectives of the association. The diversity of activities are derived from the professional, social, cultural and recreational spheres to strengthen curricular and extracurricular activities of the student nurses. The aim of the SNA is to provide programs representative of fundamental and current professional interest concerns to nursing students. Membership in SNA aids in the development of the whole person, including the professional role. At the unit level, the unit executive committee manages SNA affairs.

Multipurpose Hall
Our college has a spacious multipurpose hall, well equipped with latest display aid with a seating capacity of more than 300 persons. It is mainly used for conducting university exams, seminars, workshops, group discussions for faculty, with experts, with students and peer group. Apart from these, most of the co-curricular activities like festival celebrations, important health days and college functions are hosted with great fervor and gaiety in this hall.

College Canteen
We are having a very good in campus canteen which is neat and tidy and provides good nutritious food, snacks, juices for students, staffs and parents. Apart from this the canteen is having stationary items for the students and staffs. The canteen of the college serves only what is best for the students and staffs. The management is fully committed to keep the quality of the canteen for the utmost benefit of all concerned.

Art & Cultural Activities

Dynamism and energy of present youth who enter the nursing profession is channelized constructively into fine arts, dramas, and different varieties of dances, music, paintings, and other competitive activities. These cultural activities form the bedrock of the college experience. They nudge students out of their mettle and urge them to meet peers with similar interests. Students also get the chance to sharpen existing skills and talents while exploring new ones. Our college encourages all the students to participate in college level and university level programmes.

Sports Activities

Sport refers to an activity involving physical activity and skill. Sports are an integral part of human life and there is great importance of sports in all spheres of life. It certainly is an excellent tool to keep the body physically fit. We have the facilities to play various sports and games like Cricket, Football, Badminton, Tennis, Caroms etc. the college conducts annual sports and games competition and prepare the selected students to participate in state level and university level competitions.

Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
The Parent Teacher Association is a non-government organization of the parents of all students of the college and the teaching faculty. Our college is having a very good active PTA unit with strong president, vice president and executive members, who always support us and being with us in all students matters and also in needed times.
We conduct regular PTA meeting where we discuss about the ward’s progress in studies and also other curricular activities. This interaction will help the students overall performance and also will helps to a supportive healthy relationship.

Remote Digital Evaluation Centre
Our college has a well-developed Digital Evaluation centre. In the present scenario Digital Evaluation System are becoming increasingly popular in higher education institutions. Regularly digital evaluation camp is going on.The use of a digital evaluation system greatly simplifies and improves the assessment process, and these systems are more efficient, secure, and accurate.

National Service Scheme
The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Upasana College of Nursing was established in 2024-25. The NSS unit is approved by Kerala University Of Health Sciences, with the enrolment of 50 nursing students.
This unit has been working for the cause of community and is rendering its service towards the social issues as envisaged in the objectives of the National Services Scheme, set by the department of youth and sports affairs ministry, Govt. of India. The National Services Scheme unit in the college has set up for the Holistic development of the youth in order to increase students participation in important social and community activities.
